What the app offers

Frequency files to listen to, a condensed edition of the book "Energetic Manipulations", a digital workshop, treatment plans and personal tools.

Important notice

The app's content is for enrichment and general support. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace diagnosis, advice or treatment by a qualified professional.

Do not stop treatment or medication without consulting your doctor.

In an emergency, call 101. For emotional support you can call ERAN at 1201.

Safe use

Listen at a low, comfortable volume.

Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have another medical condition, consult a doctor before use.

If you feel discomfort, stop listening.

Your account

The service is for people aged 18 and over. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping access to your account safe.

Purchases, subscription and cancellation

Prices are shown in the app. Prices for buyers in Israel include VAT as required by law. For customers outside Israel, taxes apply according to the laws of their country.

A single purchase (a file, a system bundle or a treatment) is open to you for 30 days from the day you buy it.

The subscription, monthly or yearly, renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your personal area, and charges stop from the next period.

In the workshop, stations open gradually. Access to frequencies from within an exercise stays open while the station is active, and downloading exercises and appendices stays open permanently.

The workshop launch price, ₪600 instead of the regular ₪2,000, applies to the first ten participants only.

Cancelling a purchase: you can cancel within 14 days of the purchase, by emailing hello@myenergyapp.org or from your personal area. The money is refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

Cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.

Intellectual property

All content in the app, including frequency files, texts, the book, the workshop and the design, belongs to [business name] or to those who licensed it to us. It may be used for personal purposes only. Copying, distributing, selling or sharing it without written permission is not allowed.

The in-app agent

The in-app agent is an AI-based assistant, not a person. It gives general information only and may make mistakes. It is not a professional and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Conversations are kept for [period], sent to the model provider [to be decided], and are not used to train the model.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but faults and interruptions may happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. A material change will be announced in the app in advance.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The courts of [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
